In this book, we will explore some basic concepts that cover healthy skin. These concepts will build upon each other, including skincare regimen for morning and night, using skincare products correctly with high-quality ingredients, protecting your skin from the sun, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water, avoiding alcohol and smoking or being around others who smoke, exercising at least three times per week, and so much more. We will draw upon each one of these concepts individually for you to understand their impact on your skin. Remember, everything I just mentioned matters, as healthy skin does not happen overnight, and it also doesn't happen with any miraculous cure (at least none that we know of).
