This book presents the processes of change and these educational reforms in education in Nursing, and has been highlighted the role of teachers as facilitators in competency-based learning. Training for skills and the perception of the teacher about the teaching skills come urging educators, regardless of levels of education in their professional performance. One sees a movement toward the search for innovative pedagogical practices in training for skills as a result of the proposed curriculum guidelines for the various courses. Thus, the objective is to address the gerencais skills that are considered essential by the Educational Guidelines of Education in Nursing, which should be taught in the classroom for undergraduate nursing student. Highlight which managerial skills are taught in the classroom by the teacher, their experiences difficulties in teaching based on competence and building critical and reflective thinking about the reality of the social context, including proposing solutions to problems that arise in teaching practice.
