Animals team up to teach children five to ten years of age how to improve their listening skills for a more successful and productive life. Additionally, children will learn how to interact with those from different backgrounds and cultures. This book may be used in academia as a teacher's aid. There are 9 animal characters, including both farm and forest animals, who learn key lessons about each other and themselves. During their time together on Gentle Farm, they receive a visit from Lady Ella, The Listening Mentor, who helps them understand their own behavior as well as how to respect each other.
