I have not shied away from including the learnings applied to one word that has been applied to another, so that you can take one chapter alone or you can take them as a collective. Can you use all 12 at once? I am not sure. I think that being mindful of the power of these 12 wonderful words expands your mental awareness during communication and inspires better approaches to each interaction.
