First-time author Mark D. Heires is dedicated to creating wholesome and exciting stories that deal with the struggles of living as a Christianin our troubled world. Before writing Christian fiction, Mark earned an engineering degree at Iowa State University. He then entered the world of scientific research, a career that took him all over the world. Over the span of his career, he developed a love for writing. Nowretired, Mark lives in Midland, Michigan, with his wife, Peggy. Together they adopted three children and then had a biological child. He enjoys telling people that three of his children came from South Korea and that he has no idea where the fourth came from.
