Soto is an Evangelical Minister & Author who supervise ministries in a renowned Philadelphia Church. He is a Graphics Art Screen Technician and Database Specialist who leads a team at the D.E.C Church. He completed studies at the DEBI Bible Institute and have certificates in Business Management, Computer Programing and Data Entry. In 1984 he graduated from the Commercial Programing Unlimited Institute here in Philadelphia.
