Mark Eggerding is the author of SalesMadeSimple and numerous sales educational and coaching guides for the business community. He began his selling career as a sales trainee for John Sexton & Company working his way to becoming the Senior Vice President of Sales for US Foods, a multi-billion-dollar foodservice company with a national sales team reporting in through his organization. He combines selling and business expertise with real life culinary experiences having started his business career as a Chef. He has worked closely over the years with The Marriott Hotel Group, Applebee's Restaurants, Sams Club, Jersey Mikes, Arby's, and thousands of Independently owned restaurants across the country. He has appeared on stage with Jamie Oliver, Marcus Samuelson, Spike Mendelsohn, Rachel Ray and more. He has spoken most notably at Yale University, Princeton University, Williams College, The University of Southern California, and The Ohio State. He is a proven and tested salesperson and sales leader who has counseled and coached foodservice leaders across the country for the last 41 years. You may have seen him on Top Chef or the Food Network. Known to family and friends as the Eggman, Mark brings a unique perspective to sales opportunities, sales challenges, and sales education. He is married to Gina and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
