The book charts my first year of being a widower, its chapters are a series of blog posts I wrote immediately after my beautiful wife, Claire, died.
This book is ordered chronologically by days, then weeks then months, this allows you to dip into any time after your event which feels relevant to you and see what I was saying and thinking at that same time.
Each blog post I wrote and therefore each chapter in this book is tagged, the website is searchable by each of those tags and I've used the same tags here for each chapter. The tags represent feelings, emotions and events. If you go to the index at the back of the book you can find those tags or themes and discover which of the chapters/blog posts will be most relevant to how you are feeling right now.
As with the blog, I feel like I'm with you on your journey as you read this book... Just know you are not alone.
