Dr.Martin Kajokare Loboka attained his PhD. degree in Environmental Science from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2013. He obtained his masters degree in Sustainable Rural Development from Aberdeen University, Scotland, UK in 2004. Currently Dr. Loboka is a lecturer at the University of Juba,Republic of South Sudan.
