Generic model for determining the level of ICT tools' dispersion and its applicability, adaptability and availability for e-learning, open university system and distance learning was developed. Dr Alimi Maruf attended Federal Univ. of Agric.,Abeokuta where he bagged B.Sc., then proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife for M.Sc. and PhD in Computer Science. He specialized in Soft. Eng. and Info System. He is presently Vis. Senior Lecturer at KSUSTA Aliero and UMY University Katsina and also Asst.Director ICT UDUTH, Sokoto-Nigeria.
