She is firm believer that over forty does not mean immune to romance, and enjoys telling stories about adults with life experience who discover new love. Her special niche is writing light, warm, and optimistic reads. Of course, there is usually a dash of something difficult in the plot to keep things interesting. She often incorporates her background as a Registered Nurse into her stories. She has published short works on line, and is a member of Romance Writers of America and North Shore Scribes. Mary lives north of Boston with her patient husband, an always-brewing pot of coffee, and an old, spoiled-rotten, noisy cat. Currently, there's another book in the works about some people who know Ben and Angie.
