Ensuring this concept, relevant public law enforcement authorities are following a legal mandate for ensuring public safety. But, what is the result, in case of planned development hampers in the urban fringe areas due to crime? What is planners' role and how can physical planning elements can be used as crime prevention tools? This research tries to find those answers.
