Chapter four describes the research methodology employed in this research. In chapter five the findings of this study are discussed in accordance with the research questions set in chapter one. Chapter six summarises the research findings and draws a general conclusion. It also draws relevant lessons and some recommendations. The chapter ends by acknowledging its limitation and some further areas of research.

Md. Atiqul Islam was born in 1977 at Rajshahi in Bangladesh. He obtained first grade results in B.A. Honours and M.A. in Economics. He also secured MSc. in Risk, Disaster and Environmental Management from University of Huddersfield, UK.Mr. Islam is working now as Assistant Professor in Economics Department at Rajshahi University, Bangladesh.
