Dr. Meena Sinha, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management Studies & the Head of Executive Education at Institute of Hotel Management - Aurangabad (IHM-A), Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Group) enterprise in tripartite partnership with The Maulana Azad Education Trust (MAET) and Huddersfield University, UK
A Bachelor of Science, Master of Science (Microbiology), Master of Arts (English), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Studies. Dr. Sinha has a teaching experience of 25 years. She is a specialist in Soft Skills Development and has contributed to a wide range of institutions, corporate entities, and public service enterprises with her training solutions and competence building projects.
Dr. Sinha is actively involved with organization development projects for team enhancement and practices human development goals. An avid researcher with diverse research interests across competence development and leadership practices in the hospitality industry, she is known for her Corporate Social Responsibility projects, the most prominent with Tata Trusts.
