Also in this chapter some concepts has been defined such as restoration, Rehabilitation.... Chapter two has been divided four parts. In firstpart has been introduced studied area. In second part condition has been considered. In third part has been analyzed by using SWOT technique. Finally action plans has been proposed by using 3DMAX software.
