Even after so many years of digital transformation trends and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems usage, the failure risk rate of these projects is still very high, be that in developed or developing countries. There are many researches on key factors which relate to ERP success and different frameworks have been suggested by the literature, however, this fact doesn't seem to help much in reducing the failure rate. This study will not attempt to repeat past factor research studies, but instead use Key Success Factors as a lens to understand the complex organizational phenomena surrounding ERP implementation projects. This book reveals the "under-the-skin" issues and complexity that organizations encounter when implementing a digitization project from its beginning to the after-implementation phase. Lessons learned from three failed cases are implied in eight other, big and real-life cases and explained in very detail how these last ended up as a full success, revealing the proven best practices to a successful digitization process. And the country concept diminishment is also supported with very powerful evidence.
