Learning Artificial Intelligence is difficult for someone who is out of (non-area) computer science and engineering department, therefore special training must get in this regard. Besides, I faced a number of challenges in the field of software development. The study of this research aims to determine English learning abilities of students among affective factors which analyzed by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) as a well-known soft computing technique in freshman class of university students. A work on the advantages of ANN for assessment levels learning ability of the students have been showed by the percentages and whether affective factors influenced their accuracy rate or not, analyzed statistically. The obtained results demonstrated that the both data, collected two different universities, test accuracies are better than the other classical methods. Therefore for better results of experiments in education or the computer-aided learning, it is crucial to use ANN as quantitative semantics method.
