Analytical chemistry is playing a major role in the pharmaceutical industry today. In current scenario the analytical department has become an important partner in the drug development process and made pharmaceutical analysis much easier to what it has been fifteen years ago. A number of drugs are introduced into the market every year. These drugs may be either new entities or partial modification of the existing ones. Under theseconditions new standards and analytical methods with advance technologies are needed for the analysis of drugs. It becomes utmost important to develop newer analytical methods for such drugs.
