Dr. Mia Mulrennan is President and CEO of Rave-Worthy LLC, a consulting and products firm dedicated to helping organizations in customer-centric industries such as travel and hospitality, retail, restaurants and health care. She is a renowned leadership talent and service strategy expert with her doctorate in applied psychology. She is the creator of The Five Factors Survey - a screening survey to find and develop high-touch, customer-oriented talent. She has spent the last twenty-plus years working in Fortune 500 companies and started her career with Marriott and also boutique luxury hotel properties. A thought leader in applying tenets of social, consumer, and organizational psychology to travel and hospitality, she is an adjunct professor at three university graduate business schools including the Masters of Hospitality Management Program at Georgetown University. In her leadership coaching and program work, she has a passion for working with Generation X leaders.
