Autorenporträt

Michael is a psychotherapist, P.S.H. therapist and meditation teacher, in private practice for over 30 years. He specialises in the treatment of anxiety, stress and depression. His unique methods have succeeded with a great many clients for whom more traditional methods have failed to bring any change. He is highly regarded by fellow health professionals and, fatefully was asked by Canberra's senior psychiatrist, Dr Don Lawrence, to treat Darren for major depression and anxiety. Michael runs courses in meditation and mindfulness for the public as well as for government departments and non-government organisations. His voice guided meditations are published on four CDs and available through Apple, Spotify, Google and other digital platforms.
