In a conversation with his local pastor, Michael Karr was challenged to study the Scriptures to understand what "the moral law" includes. In a conversation with his local pastor, Michael Karr was challenged to study the Scriptures to understand what "the moral law" includes. As he began his study, he encountered a description of the moral law in the writings of Ellen White that challenged his thinking. Here is what he read: In consequence of continual transgression, the moral law was repeated in awful grandeur from Sinai. Christ gave to Moses religious precepts which were to govern the everyday life. These statutes were explicitly given to guard the ten commandments. They were not shadowy types to pass away with the death of Christ. They were to be binding upon man in every age as long as time should last. These commands were enforced by the power of the moral law, and they clearly and definitely explained that law. (Review and Herald, May 6, 1875) This excerpt caught his attention that the statutes were given to explain the moral law. This insight led him into a five-year study of the subject. He invites you, the reader, to consider his findings and make up your mind about the evidence under the leading of God's Spirit. The author has masterfully taken Ellen G. White's writings and expounded upon Yahweh's Word, adding another powerful, compelling level to this book and helping the reader to understand His Truth in all its fullness!-Adam Lawrence "The Bible declares that the way to eternal life is narrow. Karr's exhaustive examination of this narrow way will be a blessing to anyone with courage enough to exercise their God-given faith to seek, find, and obey the absolute truth." -Marcus Dennis
