MICHEL LE GOC has specialized in international business development, with emphasis on technology transfer, for more than 30 years. Dr. Le Goc now teaches at the University of Geneva and at American University, Washington, D.C./e He is a graduate of the French Air Force Academy, holds degrees in engineering, law, economics, and business administration. Author of four previous books, more than 100 journal articles, and recipient of the French Palmes Academiques in 1994, he also consults with private and public organizations on a variety of problems in science and technology.
