As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultant, and motivational speaker for over thirty years, Michele K. Synegal has delivered inspirational talks, workshops, and seminars that have made her one of the esteemed thought leaders in personal transformation and leadership development. For three decades she has served as president of Management Dynamics, Inc., an international company providing consulting services to Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. Michele is the creator of World Day of Service within the Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL), wherein its ministries around the globe serve the less fortunate in the communities where they live and work. For over ten years, she was at Spiritual Empowerment Center in Baltimore, MD as the senior minister. She chaired the Diversity Inclusion Commission for CSL for four years. She served on the Minister Council of that international movement. Michele has empowered and helped people transform their lives and achieve elevated levels of spiritual awareness and self-reliance. She holds a master's degree in Consciousness Studies from the Holmes Institute, a premier graduate school that prepares spiritual leaders, and an undergraduate degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior, having studied at the University of San Francisco. She possesses certifications in antiracism and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is authoring another book, Widows Speak, to add to her list of accomplishments. The most significant achievement of her life is being a mother to Sharif and Briana Mitchell and grandmother to Norah and Oliver.
