So that in this way the teaching-learning process to be the spotlight of the knowledge. It is very important to add the Information Communications Technology (ICT) and especially the Interactive Whiteboard. That is why, it will be analyzed in the work entitled "Methodological strategy for using the interactive whiteboard in the teaching-learning process of the English language in the university context", as a working tool that is changing the students' real learning, and of course, the professors' real teaching in the classroom. The professor in the current education must look for the stimulation toward the feeling of interest and satisfaction for the learning process, but not for the classical system of studies. Some materials like modern videos, movies, games, magazines have to be added to the new educational system.
