Autorenporträt

Mihaela Pirjol lives in Paphos, on the Island of Cyprus. She discovered her passion for poetry at the age of ten, when the school offered her a volume of poems by Rainer Maria Rilke. Eleven of her poems have been published in various anthologies around the world, some have been studied in universities across Asia, and many others translated into different languages. Mihaela Pirjol is the author of six books of poetry: 'Metamorphosis' (2019, 2020), 'Undulations' (2019), 'Echoes' (2019), 'Solar Stars' (2020), the bilingual edition 'Selected PoemsΕπιλεγμένα Ποιήματα': Translated into Greek by Δ. Κ. Γαλάνης (2020), and 'Beatitude: Poems' (2021).
