Ambetsa Millicent is a Kenyan Lecturer teaching at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology in the School of Nursing, department of Community health nursing. She holds a masters degree in Public health and Epidemiology from Kenyatta university (2003). She is an experienced nurse who has worked in major health institutions in Kenya.
