This book endeavored to survey the effect of role-play techniques on improving speaking skill of Iranian intermediate English learners. The results of this study demonstrated that the experimental group that was treated by the using of role-play techniques in teaching acted much better than the control group in English conversation post-test. Hence, the result of this study proved that the role-play techniques has noticeably positive effect on Iranian intermediate English learners' conversation ability.
