Miriam is a recipe writer, presenter and illustrator and loves a culinary challenge. Richard is a trained brewer and also works at award-winning micro pub The Beer Shop. They live in South London. KATY ALCOCK is a freelance illustrator with a keen eye for beautiful colour combinations and sources inspired from the world around us.
