The research is concerned with the study and analysis of web services in distributed environment and proposes an automated web service algorithm. Service composition requires the advanced devices and computing techniques and this motivates the need for better computing technique to study this issues. Automation of the web service search along with the network analysis and trusted system management of the resources opens a new area of study. A model that is suitable for handling the automated task of resource handling for each category of users in a network environment and its application in the practical scenario carry forward the work to the Internet of Things. For the problems on resource allocation, user categorization and their access rights; a specific distributed algorithm mainly, extended circular token algorithm for multi user multi-right environment and authentication protocols with space and time complexity constraints have been used. The process specification is improved in earlier models in structure and comprehension and we conclude the usage of different languages such as java, prolog, SWI-prolog for semantic implementation.
