Rafikul Islam obtained his Ph.D.degree in Operations Research from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1996. Presently he is working as a Professor at the Department of Business Administration, International Islamic University Malaysia. His areas of research are Multiple Criteria Decision Making, Operations and Quality Management.
