Previous research indicated that price, accessibility, and safety are among the dominant factors that effect the consumers buying decision. Therefore, this study intended to examine the relationship of independent variables (family, income, location and interior design) that influence purchaser on deciding to purchase real estate. A total 150 respondents were chosen to be the sample for this study and this study has been conducted in Kedah state in Malaysia. They were evaluated on their experience in purchasing real estate such as what influenced them, what affected their decision in purchasing a house and so on. From this study, family, location and interior design was indicated to provide the most impact on customer motivation towards purchasing real estates.
