Chronic kidney disease is the slow loss of kidney function over time. The main job of the kidneys is to remove wastes and excess water from the body. This study was conducted on 76 chronic renal failure patients on hemodialysis (39 men and 37 women). The patients were grouped according to the age, sex and family history of chronic renal failure, to assess hematological measurements and biochemical analysis including renal function test, liver function test, anemic parameters, and oxidative stress parameters in the chronic renal failure patients on hemodialysis.
