"Doing things differently and expecting new result in the life of believers" is the soul of this book. Thus, this book s highly useful to all readers, particularly Christians and Muslims alike, who wants to study Islam differently because it provides for a profound understanding of Jesus in Islam, not the way many great scholars have done it but in a way that makes sound distinctions between the pronouncements of the Qur'an and Sunna/Hadith on one hand and the daily life of the Muslims as Jesus is concerned on another. Jesus is well known in the major sources of Islam but almost non-existent in the daily life of the Muslims. So the book invites all believers to a honest appreciation of Jesus for a noble purpose. Such endeavor required philosophy, theology, familiarity with Qur'anic Arabic and, of course, deep academic understanding of Islam. The identity of Jesus Christ is necessary to know. So the book appeals to both Christians and Muslims to contemplate it in a different way and consider it, not as an obstacle but as an unavoidable bridge to dialogue, Christian-Muslim dialogue.
