Author name is Mya SANDAR fellow pursuing LL.M, at IMO, International Maritime Law Institutes (IMLI) at Malta University located in Valletta, Malta. She completed her post graduate from Yangon University in the field of International Law. Her present areas of research are International Maritime Law.
