Mzee KHOT Deng was born in 1980 in South Sudan in Kongor Payam in Jonglei State.His parents were cattle keeper till the war erupted in 1983 in which he was displayed and he attended different jungle camp primary schools.he attended African International College for diploma, Moi university for degree and Pan African University for master degree.
