S.K.Pankaj, S.U. Kadam and N.N.Misra are food technologist's who obtained their master's degree from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), India. Mr Shashi K Pankaj is currently involved in research and developmental work at Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. Mr Pankaj was actively involved in food packaging research at CFTRI during masters.
