Autorenporträt
I am an author and life coach. I write stories with hints of romance, bits of humor, and mystery elements set in the modern-day world while bringing to life the things legends are made of. Creating young characters that deal with real life struggles, I weave mental health issues throughout my stories to help normalize and bring awareness to mental health care. As a mental health survivor and advocate, a major goal of my writing is to encourage good mental health habits so that prevention of crisis is achievable rather than reaction to a crisis that has already occurred.
