I have an extensive work background in engineering and powerplant operations and management. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Management. I grew up in a family of eight with four sisters and a brother. I'm married and have four children of my own. The places where I have lived include Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, and Michigan. I also spent quite a bit of time at a cabin I built in Vermont. I have traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada. This story has been in creation for more than ten years. There are two topics of conversations I would periodically hear that bugged me. The first is that that constitution is outdated and should be replaced. Nothing is further from the truth. In fact, its exact wording is more applicable and important today than it ever has been. As technologies become available to know everything about you and digital information controls your life, limited government and preeminence of individual rights are the foundation for the preservation of humanity. The second is that aliens will visit in flying saucers; make a limited appearance so we just get a glimpse of them and then return home. That is illogical on many important levels. First, their transport ship may be bigger than the solar system or smaller than the head of a pin. If a visit ever happens, it will not be in a vessel sized for an earth mammal. Furthermore, if the resources are invested to get here, any visit will not be trivial and brief. In watching old movies, I was inspired by the innovation of Western Union. The concept struck me that the best way to get something somewhere is to already have it there. In other words, the best way to get money from someone on the east coast to the west coast is to already have the money on the west coast. The money can be delivered at the speed of light instead of the speed of a horse. To be successful, it doesn't have to be the same money. It just needs to be a functional equivalent. An extrapolation of that concept might apply to alien beings. Maybe the best way to get to earth is to already be here….
