NORM GIBBONS has lived in the Desolation Sound region for the past forty-five years. He has a background in social work, shellfish aquaculture and business. He studied Creative Writing at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. Presently he is retired and lives on Cortes Island, where he continues to write the Edge of Desolation trilogy.
