Norma Dale was born, and grew up in Callington, a small country town on the edge of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. While other girls were playing with dolls and doll houses Norma, very much a tomboy, was trapping rabbits along the Bremer River and during school holidays, working in the shearing shed for her father. It was at Mount Barker High School when she first realized she liked writing and her English teacher gave her encouragement, telling her one day you will write a book. Norma loves to make people laugh and feel happy inside and out. The world in need of joy inspired Norma to write this book as a gift to everyone who reads it. She believes it will touch you and stay within your heart forever.
