Norman E Tshekiso is currently a lecturer at (Botswana)Serowe College of Education in the Foundations of Education Department-Measurement and Testing. He holds a Master of Education (Research and Evaluation) degree from the University of Botswana. He is currently a part time MPhil student (research and Evaluation) at the University of Botswana.
