The researcher conducts her research on following hypotheses. The predominant use of coal as fuel in brick kilns leads to lung problems among brick kiln labors. The second hypothesis is The extremely long working hours of brick kiln labors leave them no time for rest and recreation in turn leads to psychosomatic diseases. The third hypothesis is The total absence of social security measures for brick kiln labors allows the owner to exploit them in form of debt bondage. The researcher has used number of qualitative and quantitative method for conducting the research e.g. case study, census form, interview, non-participants observation and key informant.The researcher has collected these data for her study from Maskeenabad and brick kilns of Baba Lahori. The size of her sample was 44. The researcher has chosen this sample through the Purposive Sampling Method.
