Natalya Filippova is an educator and is in the process of becoming a certified holistic nutritionist. She has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Her favourite hobby is reading health- and nutrition-related literature. Natalya was inspired to write this book by her children, and the struggle to motivate them to make healthier choices when she isn't around. She realized there was a lack of literature for children about healthy eating and nutrition, and decided to change that.
