Natalie Elliott was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. She is a proud UCLA alumna and social justice educator for the last 15 years. She taught elementary school in Los Angeles and Irvine, California as well as in Clive, Iowa. Her hobbies include hanging out with her family and friends, traveling, country music concerts, running, bike riding, beach days, teaching, attending Dallas Cowboys games, and UCLA sporting events. Natalie will always remember Naomi as a very creative, responsible, artistic, and helpful girl in class! She could always count on Naomi to set a good example of work ethic to her classmates. Natalie hopes that this book will inspire students, like Naomi, to pursue their dreams. She also wishes that this book will honor her Aunt Peny's legacy, demonstrating that age is simply just a number.
