Natalija ¿peh defended her doctor thesis in y.2004 at the University in Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Department of Geography, with the topic Sustainable Evaluation of the surface capitals. Used to be the dean of, currently employed at Environmental Protection College Velenje as lecturer and researcher in Rural Areas and various Environment projects.
