Jan Vissers is affiliated to the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management where he had a chair as Professor of Health Services Operations Management between 2004 and 2016. Nathan Proudlove is an Associate Professor in the Health Management Group at Alliance Manchester Business School of the University of Manchester, UK.
