Aim of the Study , in view of this forward , this study was designed to investigate the relationships between some immune markers , biochemical and proteins in patients with thyroid dysfunction by using the following criteria :- 1. Thyroglobin antibody ( Tg Ab). 2. Anti-Thyroglobin antibody (Anti-Tg Ab). 3. Thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO Ab). 4. Anti- Thyroid peroxidase antibody (Anti-TPO Ab). 5. Human Transthyretin (TTR) 6. Human Synapsin 1(SYN 1).
