Through using e-governance in different sectors citizen of the country can get maximum services and it is a vital issue in the process of development administration. This study tried to assess the District EService Centre's (DESC) in Bangladesh in terms of the public service delivery and adaptability of E-governance/ Information Communication Technology in District Administration.
