Aim was to assess the effect of acupressure wristband on reducing the symptoms of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Design, a quasi experimental design. Tools, data were collected by applying two tools developed by the researcher the first was structured interview and the second was nausea and vomiting assessment and follow up. Results indicated that, no statistically significant differences between both groups were found in relation to Personal characteristics. The age range was18-35 years old with mean of 25.46±4.79 years in the acupressure wristband group and 25.18±4.83 years in the antiemetic drugs group.
