Nancy Furniss, a passionate lover of animals, is a 74-year-old retired office manager. Her fascination with the wonder of God's creatures inspired her to pen Animal Families. Nancy has been married for 54 years to her high school sweetheart. She and her husband are blessed with two children, four grandchildren, and their rescue Boston Terrier Tiggy. By authoring Animal Families, Nancy wishes to instill the joy of learning and the beauty of the natural world in young hearts.
